Learning with Zola during beta

Who this service is for

Learn with Zola is a UAE-based guided learning service for children aged 10–12. A parent or authorised carer creates the account, controls the child profiles and supervises participation. Contact us at hello@learnwithzola.com.

What Zola does

Zola offers hints, explanations and practice. It is designed to help a child learn, not produce finished work to hand in. AI responses can be inaccurate; check important information with a teacher or another trusted source. Zola is not an emergency, medical or counselling service.

Your part

Keep your parent password and PIN private. Use a child profile for learning, supervise the beta, and tell us about problems. Do not use the service to harm others, bypass safety controls, access another family’s information or upload material you are not entitled to share.

Beta availability and plans

This is a supervised test product. Features may change and interruptions may occur. The current beta offers a 14-day trial without a payment card; no payment processor is connected and the trial end is not currently enforced. Choosing a plan during this beta does not authorise a charge. We will explain any future paid arrangement before asking you to accept it.

Information and safety

Read the privacy notice before creating a child profile and share the child-friendly explanation with your child. Learning content is screened and safety concerns may be recorded or notified to the parent. These systems cannot catch every concern.

Stopping or leaving

You can pause a child’s access, clear learning history, delete a profile or request account deletion from Privacy & data. We may restrict access where necessary to protect users or the service. Contact us if you think we have made a mistake.

Questions and changes

Email us with feedback, concerns or complaints. We will explain material changes to these terms before asking for any new agreement. Nothing in these beta terms is intended to exclude rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
